How long does it take to get an email reply ? I’ve been hacked and banned.

I'm sorry, we won't be able to offer an ETA for you case with the support team. If you've opted for email, you may get a reply from e.ea.com. If you require assistance sooner, I'd recommend selecting phone or live chat which will provide support in real time!

 

In the meantime, if you're concerned someone's hacked your account, I would strongly encourage you to go through resetting these security steps. There may be some steps there that can't be completed but that's ok, tyhe support team can help you complete those once you get in touch with them.

 

Please also make sure to take advantage of the security settings available for any of the connected accounts linked up to the EA account as well to ensure they are also secure. Examples of connected accounts include the email address registered, accounts such as SteamAmazon and Twitch, Console accounts (PlayStationXboxNintendo Switch, etc), mobile accounts (Apple IDGoogle Play) and Social Media accounts (Facebook).
