I can't link my PSN to my EA account

When I try to link my PSN to my EA account so i can merge accounts on Apex Legends, i get a popup stating: "Your accounts can’t be linked because your PlayStation® Network account TheoCostin already linked to your EA Account for ca*****@yahoo.com. An EA Account can only be linked to one PlayStation® Network account in its lifetime."

I've never had another EA account that the PSN could have been linked to, I don't know what to do.

Sorry to say @naivenugget but this is not something that we can help you get around.

If your account is linked then it means either you or someone you have your account details to linked it.
