How can Unlink Ea account from Steam

Hello! 

• I lost my Ea account and I can no longer play APEX from my Steam account because it is already linked to the account I lost and I created another new Ea account and it won't let me link, I can't put another one until I unlink the old one, I don't have the old account anymore, I don't have access to the email anymore to give recovery, nothing, how can I unlink from steam, please help
