FIFA 15 Download doesn´t work.

Yo my Problem is that when I try to Preload FIFA 15 it stop around 88% and fall back to 74% and this happend now twice.

what should I add, tdc or udp or both? my download has come down from 90s to 75 thrice now.

I am awake since 3 days now trying to pre load. it goes back from 88 to 75% everytime. Happened to me 4 times already. Can you help?
