Exemption request to link the EA account to the PlayStation

Hello guys,

I had, or more accurately, I had a problem where I couldn't unlink my PlayStation account. Somehow, I managed to get to a chat with support, and she sorted out the issue for me, and I was able to delete it. However, she told me that when I want to link it again, I will need to request an exemption from support again. But for some reason, I can't reach the chat/support again.

I'll explain the problem I had. I bought a new PlayStation with FC 24, and then I saw that it was telling me that I needed to delete the accounts already linked to my EA user. So, I succeeded in that part - after I talked with the support. What's happening now is that she told me to contact support again, and they will grant me an exemption to link the account again.

I have never heard of an exemption or exception regarding this topic.
