Profile Picture troubles

So I've been trying to change my profile picture to be something other than the default picture however I keep running into the problem of it won't change regardless of how big I make the picture or how small when I click save it acts like it was saved but never loads the picture and when I check on origin I still have the default profile picture.

I want change my EA Account avatar to a picture of my computer but every time that I try in myacount.ea.com, I can upload, crop and save but nothing changes and the Avatar Galery are empty
