Need help deleting an email attached to my xBox account and changed.

I just picked up Madden 17 yesterday and I go to play it and my xBox had already been hooked up to a previous EA Access account from back in the day, well I don’t have access to that email any more and need it switched to a new one. Are the people who do that on here by chance?
