Inquisition will not open on EA client

[OnBenchNow]

Whenever I click play, the EA client closes, and then a second later, just opens up again on the home screen as if nothing happened. 

I already have the EA client listed as an exception in my firewall, I'm not sure what else to do other than get a refund.
