Advisors, Please Reply! Having Persona Trouble!

i have a persona on another user i no longer use. 
i MUST somehow transfer that persona to this account! 
whatever it may take... i MUST have the (upcoming) following personas in the right places! 
PLEASE RESPOND AND FURTHER DETAILS ARE INQUIRED!!

No one here can open any personal gaming account other than our own personal account.  The Game Advisers are all found on EA Help Center, not here in the game player community's website.
