Screen flickering (even when paused)

I constant screen flickering on my ps4 pro.. which is weird since even games like Battlefield V run without a hitch mostly.

No. It seems to be textures. Mainly on grass features but it also occurs in other areas. Also, there seems to be a below average frame rate.. i also lag very often. I'm using the version made available on PS Plus for free this month.
