Help all my xbox sims 4 addons are gone and it wont let me play my game [ Edited ]

All the expansions on my xbox 1 got deleted and now the console won't let me re download them and it won't let me open the game even though my disk is in and has nothing wrong with it. I've played since sims 2 and I've spent idek how much money on add ons and im balling because I want my game to work...please help
