having issues with the simpsons tapped out

I just tried to get into my town and the game has reset it self. I have logged out and logged back into origin. when i hit tap to continue it says that I need to log out on the other device, I have never logged into the game on another device. I was so far in the game and I was trying to collect so many snakes. WTF how are you going to fix this?
