PLEASE HELP!!! I'm trying to make an in game purchase but can't !!

In "The Simpsons Tapped Out" I am trying to purchase donuts and am unable to. When I try it says the message "Aye carumba! An error might have occurred with your purchase". I have uninstalled / reinstalled the game. Checked the info in the ITunes Store ( my card is up to date w/ plenty of funds) I have see other people with these same problems over the web but have not seen them get fixed. Please help!

You will need to contact EA help center.

Go to http://help.ea.com/
Log in with your Origin ID
Click on help with a game
Click on the Simpson's Tapped Out logo
Scroll to the bottom of the page, click on contact us
Select your appropriate platform
Click next on bottom right
Select a topic
Tell us a little more: Simpson's Tapped Out
Click next

You will then have the option for Answer HQ, Live Chat or Email

If you see live chat and want to wait, click it.

If you want to send an email, click that one.
