I have try everything to get my Simpson tapped out I can’t really annoying. Please help

So i try delete it and reinstalled and that did not work. I went to origin and reset my password and no email to do that. Even to do not verify code.

I have not received my verify code at  all every time try. I have not had issued with this game at all but once beginning  October came I had problem with this game and can’t even play Halloween event.

@ilsrocks1 the only things you can do is check that your mailbox is correct, that it is functional (ie not too full), that the mail does not end up in the spam bin by mistake. In the ORIGIN / EA profile check that it is verified, otherwise check it. IF ALL THIS IS OK, then all you have to do is contact customer support; try to avoid email and get in touch with an advisor (chat or phone). You will see that together you will solve this problem.
