Friends screen won't work/load!

I need technical support!! I can't get my friends screen to work in 2 days! It loads and then immediately says connection lost and to press retry! I've been able to go into Krustyland and regular Springfield, but it's refusing me entry into my friends screen! How can I get this fixed? The help website hasn't worked either! I just want to talk to a person and get this fixed, how do I go about doing that?

First I would delete and reinstall the app. It's one of the things ea will ask you to do to try and fix it. If that doesn't help, follow the link: https://help.ea.com/

Then follow these steps:

Click on: Help with a Game
Then in the bar that says Search all Products, Type: Tapped Out
Click on the Tapped Out icon
Select a topic
Scroll down to "contact us" then select a platform
An option to email ea will come up
