I had fought M'nster and he had zero tentacles left, the game failed to recognize that he had died. I went to krustyland and back to allow for a resync, didn't work, I had lisa attack again, spent 2 donuts to rush it to have it complete within the time limit, still not dead. I tried to contact EA games support it said I had under 5 minutes to chat, waited 10 minutes, refreshed page thought I might have dropped the connection, 10 minutes later nothing, refreshed again waited 30 minutes still nothing, each time it said under 5 minutes. I am currently waiting to chat with a support person it said 5-10 minutes been waiting 1 hr 10 minutes, in addition to game issues you need to fix your support, if there are hours post them, so people don't waste their day waiting for a support person that is never coming.
