THIS!!! I have had several correspondences with EA tech support about this exact issue, and they always direct me to the forums. This is the only post I have been able to find that even mentions this HUGE issue, and they definitely haven't helped you with a solution yet, OP. So why would I expect that making a new post in the forum would do anything? Either they refuse to acknowledge that they don't know how to fix this issue, or they are so blind to the problem that they can't even replicate it themselves. EA tech support should know the games they're supposedly helping with. They simply don't.

I feel for you brother, I'm getting burned because other people can access the truculence attribute and I can't.

the same thing happened to me when I played Battlefield 5
ea tech support was able to unlock the missing rank rewards

for some reason they claim that they can't do the same for NHL 22

Has this been happening to you for a few months or are you talking about the age of the thread? The OP was experiencing this in World of Chel, but it looks like this is happening in BAP for you. Does it still happen after saving and exiting and then restarting NHL 22?

I only started the game in February and just finished my BaP season. I also submitted a ticket, but it's still not unlocked, even after restarting. You can see the issue, showing full progress but doesn't unlock. I don't know if it's prior, sorry...

What player type did you choose for your BAP?

there is a very simple fix to this. I have recently figured it out with the help of an EA advisor. You have to have certain attributes at a certain level to equip certain superstar abilities. It tells you the number you have to have the certain attributes at next to "min" under the requirements of the ability. Hope this helps.
