What happens when the bug occurs? While playing Watson in the Winter Express Mode, her Flatline does not show the hop-up but still allows you to use it by pressing the left arrow button and single-fire is activated.
What should be happening instead? Either it should show that she has the hop-up or she should not be able to single fire.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By playing Watson. Octane's load-out shows him having the hop-up but not Watson. However, Watson was able to use the effects of the hop-up without it showing ever being equipped.

When you choose Watson in Winter express, it does not show her having the hop-up "Anvil Receiver" as being equipped, however, her gun acts like it is and is able to use its effect of single-fire.
