Hey @k4kau1f325ju can you try downloading APEX Legends and then try the download for BFV again?
Also, I would need to see the full text file for the DxDiag.

Thanks Darko.. Started downloading APEX legends and all other EA games became available to play..
All good - Now appreciate the assist.. Not sure what the issue was..

Command and Conquer Remastered asks to be downloaded again after working fine the last 3-4 days. Fails download even after reboot and retry. Any ideas ?

Hiya.
Been over 20 years since played C&C so bit rusty on the technical side but I'll try and answer as best I can. I'm using the EA Play (Beta) platform running under Windows 10. Doesn't seem to recognise that I have already downloaded the game so asks me to download again and when start download it almost immediately gives the error message "There was a slight hiccup and we couldn't finish installing Command and Conquer Remastered Collection. Restart your PC and try again. I last played the game 2 days ago as I'm typing this I realise that Windows updated on my desktop last night so that might be the root cause of the problem. Any ideas on what to try would be much appreciated.
