Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It appears suddely on the screen while playing the sims mobile

Hi, i havent yet click any purchase but suddenly popped out a message “ Transaction cancelled, no money was removed from your account”. I am aware that someone hacked my account? Please check this further, thank you.
