Server disconnected lost apex pack

Lost an epic apex pack lvl 97 of the battle pass got kicked from server when opening it logged back in and it was gone nothing new popped up would like to either get the pack back or something equal to it thank you

Hi there. 

When you open up a pack the contents are automatically added to your account. Even if you don't actually see the pack opening animation the items from the pack would still be captured and added. 

If you look at your inventory in-game do you see any new items? Is it possible the pack might have had crafting metals instead? Does it seem like you have more metals than you did before?

I also had this happen to me. I made a recording of it just to be safe (it's now on my Xbox feed - username: "Nathan de Jack"). I did not receive any new items, not even the one that the game showed when the server disconnected me in mid-opening, and the Apex pack I bought is definitely gone.

I also just earned a new Apex pack via the season pass, but the counter for my available Apex packs remained the same. Once again, captured a video of it and it should soon be on my feed (username: "Nathan de Jack").
