Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Cook an impeccable disk 2. Place it on a table. 3. Your sim will come near it and play "hmm smells good" animation 4. While he/she doing it, drag & drop the dish (i mean, just drag it)
What happens when the bug occurs? The sim will force-stop the animation, and all tasks queued on the sim are just cancelled. This can cause amazing problems (i decribe one of them below)
What do you expect to see? While the sim smelling it, just lock the dish so the player cannot drag it.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
1. Have a freelance sim (programming, writing)
2. Select any gig and start working on it
3. Place an impeccable disk on a table (near the computer)
4. Sim will start "smells good" animation
5. While the sim doing it, just pull the dish
6. Instant task complete
This trick can be used on other time-consuming tasks.
