The Proving Grounds event is preventing me from refreshing for Razor Crest shards, claiming I have max shards but I’m still at 6* and only 49 shards in. What is happening?

Thanks for the report. The team is aware of an issue that is keeping players from participating in the Razor Crest Proving Grounds and is looking into a fix.

Looks like you simmed CAT. Did you actually get the shards? Mine showed the reward but looking at the character, I didn't actually receive them.

@SJAceSH I simmed both battles but only CAT is letting me refresh

But were you able to confirm that you actually got the CAT shards?

@SJAceSH Yes I was able to confirm. I had 172 CAT shards before the Sim. Now I have 192.
