Patrick Roy not unlocking in Threes Circuit

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play through the threes circuit untill you get to the avalanche. Play them on All-Star and get 3 stars to unlock Patrick Roy.
What happens when the bug occurs? After completeing the game it will say you unlocked him, but he wont be in your reserves or on you team.
What do you expect to see? Patrick Roy as a playable player on my team.
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Offline

There are actually 2 types of reserves.  The ones that are a part of your team and the "healthy scratch" ones.. I forget what they're called.  Have you checked both types of goalie reserves?

It happened again. It seems to happen when my team is full and they should go to reserves.

They were listed under goalie reserves specifically. But I do have them both now. This wasn't a bug. Simply me not looking in the right place! Thanks for your help!
