Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? have a house with the dark leyline trait, have two humans get woohoo'd and the mother has hoping for vampire babies... the newborn is normal, the infant in CAS mode has a dark form. They distort when switching between the two.
What happens when the bug occurs? Just a baby with second form
What do you expect to see? infants not having a dark form until they're teens... as it has always been
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

As stated above, have a legacy family on a dark leyline... Two humans, female is pregnant and wishing for vampire babies buff... baby born is vampire, has a dark form. Nothing wrong with the infant except it's distorts when switching from one form to the other. Out of curiosity, I aged the child up in CAS and it did not have the vampire icon over the traits but it's obvious that it's a vampire when aging the child up, but the child is never acknowledged as a vampire. You can only tell by the visual hissing.
So maybe this is two individual bugs, but they seem related.
