Have you checked your internet and tried to turn it off and on again?
Also you can try to restart your consoles or PC.

@Mabanges23 What is the verbatim messagee you are receiving? Is it only limited to Battlefield or are all games on your console or PC unable to connect?

hey smug thanks for that reply but i got a good internet connection though..it seems that the game itself has its problem.. i also cannot save my progress during story mode which is prostrating

hey men i think its my pc in general tried resident evil and its the same problem.. also i cannot save any game progress how is this possible? thanks for the reply!

Open the Start menu (Windows button) in the bottom left corner of the screen. Find the Game Manager icon in the Start menu, then right-click on it and select Run as administrator. ... From Game Manager, open your game and play for a short time, then try saving your progress to see if these steps worked.
