Screen frozen when quit server.

Summarize your bug Have to restart game anytime I quit a server cause the screen is locked. This happens quite a bit.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game
What happens when the bug occurs? Screen is frozen and can’t do anything but restart the game
What should be happening instead? I should be able to move about the menu

Annoying that anytime I quit a server I have to restart the game to play in a different server.

Hey @Bearwolf3000, could you try to power cycle the console and see if this helps.  

How to power cycle: 

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button  on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
   Important Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button  on your console to turn it on.
