no se me descargo el juego bf4 completo de ps3 a ps4,

descargue el juego de ps3 al ps4 y cuando lo quiero jugar me sale en el menu inicial " campaña 100%" y abajo sale " full game 28 %", empiezo  la campaña y solo juego la primera mision, aparte me sale en ingles y no puedo ponerlo en castellano, que tengo que hacer?
