Premium player, can't get into games

Hi,

I have a premium account, constantly get the message that I don't have China Rising and other modes.

When this happens get the option to access via Origin, which does absolutely nothing.

Any help please?

Try to logout and login again in battlelog

If not help, try to reinstall Battlefield 4

You mentioned that you are a premium player but Premium only provides access to download the expansions but doesn't download them for you - that must be done manually. Have you in act downloaded each expansion that you are trying to play?

Ahh!  didn't know that I had to download the expansions. How would I do that?
