Need help with clan tag

Trying to make a clan tag on app I make one press save and nothing so i press save over and over again and still nothing I'm getting pissed help please

When you are logged on the desktop version of Battlelog go to the change soldier page http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/profile/edit/edit-soldiers/ you can change your clan tag from here.
