Won't down load in my games window.  Just says "preparing to download" for 4 hours now.

Try opening up Origin by "Run As Admin" and see if it allows your download to continue.

One thing that usually works when people run into issues installing from physical media is to redeem the CD key in origin under Origin\redeem product code which will give you the digital version of the game and usually downloads without incident.
