Battlefield 4 save game corrupted

Don't expect EA to do anything for you. Don't expect a fix. A reply, nothing! They don't care and collected their money. Anyone familiar with the Sim city games EA owns that series and it has been a disaster with EA failing to reply or fix the many problems with that game. There is a reason why EA is rated one of the worst customer service companies in the world. Look it all up online and the list with EA goes on. Every time I log in either game quits or black screen with icon in right corner or the best all progress of weapons lost when I log back in.
