Access Denied Error

Every time I try to play multi player or go to the store I get an access denied error. Anyone know how to fix this? I have no age restriction and I have xbox live. A message appears before the access denied one saying you are offline but I am online because my other online games work and I can talk to other uses on other games.

@zombiematt05 Are you able to play other EA games? If you don't have any other EA games can you try downloading a demo or trial? The FIFA 17 trial is usually the one to go for. 

You can also try another account on your system as a test.
