how do i get my battlefield 3 on my new computer when i already used the code?

hey i have a problem with my old battlefield when i tryid getting it on my new pc, it wouldnt accept my code (have a disk) 

i unfertuelly cant remember my old origin account so i had to make a new one??

Product code can be activated once and only for one account. You will have to recover the access to your old account to play Battlefield 3 again. Please contact EA support for assistance:  How to contact EA support
