Regarding my battlefield 3 online pass

I have recently gotten back into playing battlefield 3, however I am unable to because it says I need an online pass. When I bought the game I was provided with an online pass that I activated, I was also playing battlefield and got to level 30. I stopped playing for a couple of months and when I come back it says I need an online pass. I have tried to re-enter my online pass but it says it is already used.

Please help me.

Your online pass stays linked on your account! If you log in with the same Gamertag you used before you can re-download the pass from the store! Hope this helps
