Refund Bf1

I played 1 hour bf1 and dont like it. I bought this game 28 november and send refund request same day. But my refund status still  "refund requested" . Im trying to reach ea support via chat. But chat dont work for me ( just saying wait but no one come to chat). I dont speak english very well so I cant call via phone. How can I solve my problem ?

Refund requests can take up to 2 weeks to process.

As for the chat thing try another browser, you might have something blocking the chat.

Im still waiting for refund. Im trying to look at my cases but it say " You currently do not have any cases with us."

am I waiting for nothing now? 

Chat still dont work for me. I tried my phone and 3 different browser on my pc. Maybe EA dont support my country. 

Any EA workers can solve my problem in here ?
