Can't go into freeplay, stuck on loading

I have been playing Anthem PS4 for around 3 weeks, all great, really enjoying it. But this week, I can't really load in to freeplay game mode. It stuck on the beginning of loading screen. Anyway to fix this problem?

Hi @RoboKuo,

Sorry to hear it. Can you try changing your DNS to the Google or OpenDNS please and let me know if that helps at all?
