I just downloaded The Sims 3 for PC from the Origin webside and for some reason, it isn't letting me play. Installation was simple and everything seemed fine, but when I go to play, it tell me this message:
"There is an error during start up. Please see the Log for more details"
But I don't know where "the log" is or how to get to it and after clicking "OK", the entire game screen disappears.
Is there any way to get this to work?
Note: I have previously tried to unofficially download the game, but have since deleted all non-working verious and cleared everything out that was related. That's the only thing I could think of that's getting in the way, so I have no idea what's going on.
