I can't download The Sims 3 Create-A-World

Whenever I go to the Create-A-World page (https://www.thesims3.com/game/tools/world), I click download but nothing happens, rather, a white box pops up.

Has Create-A-World been discontinued? Because for the past year, I've been unable to download it. The last time I was able to download Create-A-World was around 2021.

@Mythdon  Make sure you're signed in on that page, and if that doesn't help, try a different browser.  I use Firefox and typically have no issues with Sims 3-related downloads.

If that doesn't help, you can try one of the direct download links:

1.69:  https://www.thesims3.com/content/global/downloads/caw/ts3caw.exe
