Error During startup after installing on a different computer

please help!

So I bought a new Toshiba windows 8 laptop, I uninstalled my sims 3 and all  3 expansion packs that I have.Then I install them all on my new laptop. Everything was okay during the installation. When I clicked the launcher after everything was installed it says - Error during startup see log....

Please help !!!!!!!!!!!!
