Can't log on Origin

Hi,

Whenever I try to launch Origin on my computer, I get something like this http://i43.tinypic.com/261ypv7.jpg

When I try to put in my user name and password and log in, it doesn't respond. When I click on Create New Account, I get something like this http://i39.tinypic.com/311mk9w.jpg

It worked normally before, and it has been like this for at least 2 weeks. I can log into my EA account from any web browers so I don't think there is any thing wrong with my account. I wonder what is wrong.mileysad:

And I have tried to re-install Origin but still didn't work.mileysad:

Any idea, everyone?

 the only other thing to do if nothing in the FAQ helps is to contact CS as they can look into your account

Choose a category, a game and a platform for the contact options to show up.
If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
