I bought the base game and a bunch of expansion packs and the game won't launch. I'm playing (or trying to do so) on a MSI Katana GF66 12 UE. I have other games installed and everything else runs ok. I've tried installing and uninstalling the game a bunch of times and it hasn't worked. I get to the game launcher and when I hit play, I get booted to the EA app. I either need a solution or a reimbursement. It's ridiculous that EA sells a game that simply won't launch when it was purchased and installed directly from your app.

@Isabelespinoza  I believe your laptop has a 12th-gen Intel processor, in which case you're seeing this issue:

Please try one of the workarounds in the accepted solution on page one.  Apply it to TS3.exe, without the W, since you've installed through the EA App.

 

If that doesn't help, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
