Sims freeplay: sims working but don't receive salary

Sims freeplay: Sometimes when my Sims go to school or work, when I reopen the game after a few hours it says that my sims finished work/school and they received money and lp but most of the time I don't receive the money, nor lp.. I thought it would be fixed after a few days, but I still don't receive the money it's really annoying.. Does someone else have this problem or knows how to fix this? Thank you in advance..

Do you exit by the home button and not 'save and exit'? Sounds a little like the current issue on FAQ.
