Can't download extra content

I'm having trouble downloading the sims freeplay additional content inside the game. It keeps failing and saying no connection or something went wrong but my connection is extremely strong. This gets irritating when you can't get special rewards for finishing a queasy in time because you can't get the download. Please just implement this download into an update to stop this inconvenience, I have deleted the game several times because of this problem.

It could be that your don't have enough room on your device. Try closing other apps and deleting the ones you don't use anymore. It could also be that if you're using an older device it may not be compatible with the current version of the game.

I just updated my iPad mini to IOS 10.something and have enough space to download the sims like 3 times
