Hidden Springs Downloading Issue

The sims 3 store sayser i that I own The Sims 3 Hidden Springs howevever the game will not download! Please help!

Try downloading it from here: http://store.thesims3.com/hiddenSprings.html?categoryId=20268 It should download from there and then you install it via the game launcher. 

If you have issues downloading, try clearing browser cache or changing browsers

Hidden Springs is not a game but a world you add to the base game. Do you have the base game? Hidden Springs will not work without the base game

If you already own the base game, For the sims 3 web, clear your internet browser history, Use Forefox or IE if using chrome or safari the web may give you issue. Dont log into the sims 3 web through your launcher, log on while directly on the web. Run your mouse over the store, run your mouse over my store account and click on purchase history. Dowload hidden springs from there. Your launcher will atomatically open and start your download.

Yes i have the base game. How will i know if it has been added to my game? It does not show up in my purchase history  but when i try to re-purchase it sys i own it.
