I have just registered all of my expansion packs and can't download any of the bonus free content for each pack, they are master suite, fast lane, town life, world adventures, late night, ambitions, high end loft, outdoor living, katy perry sweet treats, supernatural, pets, showtime, generations and seasons. Please help me as I really want these items...

Im having the same problem but with the holiday free stuff, cant download the 2012 new year item for instance. Also cant check my messages.

what browser are you using to download ? if your using chrome try switching to IE or firefox
