I have recently tried to buy something from The Sims 3 website. For that I need to have an account, I do have an origin account already. Whenever I try to create an account, I correctly fill out the information and then I click register and it cancels it out and says "* Field Required", yet I filled out all of the questions/fields. I have tried this recently and a week or so ago. If you could help me that'd be great! Standard smile

Have you tried logging in using your Origin account details? 

 

Maybe try clearing browser cache or using another browser
