@aris116 Try repairing the game: open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 3 icon, and select Repair. If that doesn't help, clear Origin's cache, and if that doesn't help either, uninstall Origin "the hard way" and reinstall.

If none of this makes a difference, the product key for World Adventures may be blocked or deactivated. You'll need to contact EA customer support for help. The important detail is not whether WA is still on your account, but whether its key is active and valid. Only a support rep can see this info.

@aris116 What did the support rep say? At the very least, if you have a bad product key, support should be able to remove it so you can buy the pack again later if you want.

So this pack my friend bought for me. EA sus my friend maybe report to refunded money. That's make can't play it. and I don't know where my friend bought this pack. she gave me only the code.

@aris116 I'm sorry to hear that. If your friend did in fact request a refund, then it would explain why the pack won't load for you, and there's nothing you can do to make it work.
