sims 3 missing expansions 2018

When I click on the World Adventures expansion pack, it says I own this content. However, when I hit the "view in library" button, it takes me to a screen that only shows the base game. Also, when I hit the expansion and stuff packs tab in the sims 3 launcher, it shows several expansions, which when I try to install them just takes me to a blank screen on Origin. Help please!!!

@starriey  Just the base game will show in the Origin library. Right click the game icon in the library. Click show game details. Click Expansion packs and/or stuff packs. If the pack is registered it should say download and/or details if the pack is registered. It will say buy if the pack is not registered in which case you need to register the pack with the code for that pack. If you didn't purchase the packs through Origin (or from EA before Origin) did you purchase the phsyical version (with disc). If you purchased just the code where did you purchase the code?
