my brand new sims expansion game says the code is already used

i just bought sims 3 dragon valley and when i tried to put in the code today it said the code was already used.  everything on my computer is updated.

you have to download dragon valley from the sims 3 web in your purchase history. http://www.thesims3.com/

run your mouse over the store thne run your mouse over my store account and click on your purchase history and download dragon valley from there.

once your world is downloaded and installed you will find it th emain menu +new game to select the world to play in you will still play from whatever game you normally play from
